Healthy Eats – Local Treats  is our main food product line providing many food choices that are all free of processed sugar and may also be vegan, gluten free, dairy free, keto friendly, or a raw product.  Our signature product is our fresh, not processed Chia Coulis available in 15+ flavours. Check it out below.  Other products include our many tasty flavours of Fresh Soups, Pesto and Hummus.  We also have a variety of healthy snacks that are kid friendly and  delicious. As all our products are preservative free they are made to eat and enjoy soon after purchase.  In some cases a product’s shelf life can be extended through freezing without sacrificing flavour, texture or nutritional value.
